Our custom written production tracking software allows us to easily access information about a part whether it is currently in our facility or shipped a couple of years ago. The information about every part is readily available , stored and easy to access  through our secured internal intranet.

We perform an incoming inspection on all of the parts that we receive to identify potentially non-conforming parts and determine disposition as required prior to moving into production flow. This is done using a custom incoming inspection program written  in-house. Once the incoming is completed, the information is documented and stored. This information is readily available and can be accessed on our company intranet from anywhere in the form of reports. This helps us continuously develop our processes and communicate information effectively with our  customers. 

Our  SPC software was written in-house, optimally developed and aligned to meet  ISO 9000 :2015 quality standards, allowing us focus on all critical characteristics. It is integrated and networked throughout all our systems company wide.  Upon request, we are able to provide SPC data in inches or metric on the processed product via email (HTML) or paper copy. 

Statistical process control (SPC)  is a method commonly used in the production process to measure how consistently a product meets the required specifications. It allows us to yield the desired results within a reduced permissible range by moving the responsibility on quality inspection more to real-time.  SPC can help catch issues as they’re emerging. Our  SPC software monitors the consistency  using Cpk caluculations, Ppk calculations, histograms and graphs. Achieving consistent quality delivers several key benefits:
