Ryeco, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Rye Kemman. Instinctively, he saw an opportunity to provide Double Disc Grinding services in small and large volumes. Rye, having 22 years of Double Disc Grinding experience as former Vice President of Sales at Besly Corporation, a leading manufacturer of Double Disc Grinding machinery, pursued his dream of providing cost efficient services and the best quality product to our customers.

Today, Rye’s son, Roger is the  owner, CEO and President of Ryeco, Inc., after working within the organization for over 30 years himself. Roger, also, a former representative of Besly-Bendix Corporation.  Roger has expanded on his father's foundation and continues his father’s legacy by investing in new capital, adding to the plant, technology and process capability. 

Proudly operating as a third-generation family business. The strong culture remains and continues today with Susie Kemman (Accounting) Roger's wife, Daniele Miller (General Manager) Roger’s daughter and Robert Kemman (Director of Engineering and Maintenance), Roger’s son.

June 2019- Ryeco, Inc. reached a major milestone,  celebrating 50 years in business, since 1969 as  family-owned company. A time to be thankful for what we’ve achieved, and to those that helped us get there. Success isn’t the result of one person’s efforts. Ryeco was able to grow because of all the hard work undertaken by our employees, our dedicated customers and our committed partners.  A big thank you to all who make Ryeco, Inc. a  family and for all your commitment, dedication and hard work.  The next milestone remains the same,  “Product and service...Beyond Expectations".

Ryeco, Inc. firmly believes that investing in our community is important. Ryeco and its employees demonstrate their support by participating in the annual United Way campaign that generously contributes throughout the entire year!

Today, it is in this spirit that Ryeco, Inc. actively supports multiple schools, various fundraising campaigns and charitable organizations dedicated to family, community and education that work to make a difference in their communities.
